Here is a list of some uncommon items found throughout Skyrim.
Torture tools- Can be used as a decoration. Found in Gallows Rock while doing a Companions quest.
Aretino Family Heirloom- Can be used as a decoration and shares the same look of a plate. Is a reward from the Innocence Lost quest. Value of 100.
Stone of Barenziah (aka Unusual Gem before putting in inventory)- Quest item. All 24 of these are in many different places across Skyrim. It is said they are only worth something if all 24 are found. Value of 200.
